Stirling has had extensive experience of building international business's and brands in the global beauty industry and specialises in mass and mid beauty and personal care markets. Through The Red Tree he works with a wide range of international businesses from start-ups to £250m companies providing solutions that can range from creating and implementing long term strategy and vision, to getting brands race fit for market and opening the doors to retailers. He has held UK and International Board roles including Rimmel and Estee lauder. As Director General Europe for Bourjois, a division of Chanel, he led the business across 6 international markets managing a head count of over 100 and sales of £50+ million.
James has worked in advertising, design and marketing for
with JWT, Euro RSCG and Publicis. His experience ranges from
automotive to beauty and fashion, financial and B2B clients with first hand
experience of product development and brand building.

Tim’s career with
drinks companies, Moet-Hennessy, Diageo and William Grant & Sons, brings proven
business development experience of premium consumer goods domestically and
internationally, including travel retail.
Amongst his more recent initiatives, Tim launched a number of new brands in the UK and mainland Europe including Hendricks Gin, Balvenie Single Malt and Sailor Jerry Rum.
He also re-staged Glenfiddich, reasserting it as the firm category leader and is now CEO of The Three Stills.
Indie's interests range from Makeup and Beauty to PR and Journalism. She has worked for Space.NK as a beauty advisor and a trainer for Palette Beauty, as a Freelance Makeup Artist - as well as Editor of The Style Column. Indie completely understands the value of customer service and the importance of building brand loyalty. She supports the teams on the shop floor, making sure they have all the tools necessary to fulfil their goals as well as encouraging the development of foothold's brands.
